I visited the beautiful salon Gallo Hair for a styling treatment. I will be writing about The blow dry's there once a month. The hairdresser Alfred was inspired by Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s with a modern twist. I loved the friendly hairdressers at Gallo Hair. The salon has a beautiful ambience with scented candles, flowers and a diverse selection of magazines. The hairdressers are friendly, and you can sip on a cappuccino or a gin and tonic while getting your hair done. The music is modern, and made me want to dance in my hairdressing chair. Alfred designed my hairstyle. I am excited to come back monthly for a blow dry. Check out their Instagram account Gallo Hair

I had a beautiful day in Watson's Bay this Sunday. Take the ferry on a Sunday for a 2.50 $ ferry road along Sydney's stunner coastline. Admire the ocean front houses for millions of dollars with glass windows, along the way at spots like Point Pitper and Rose Bay.

Get off the ferry and enjoy seafood at one of Sydney's most famous and traditional restaurants Doyles on the Beach. The seafood is delicious, yet quite pricy.

Swim on the beach. Then walk around the stunning cliffs and watch the sun set.

Delicious dessert platter with three desserts at Doyles on the Beach Restaurant. We enjoyed a chocolate mousse, pavlova cake and a crunchy coated crème brûlée.

Watch the sun set over the cliffs at sunset for a special moment.

Have a beautiful week!

My photographer and I visited Sofitel for a delicious, sponsored brunch last week.

The interiors are beautiful in the hotel, including chandeliers, flowers and decor. If you need an afternoon of adventure, luxury and inspiration - Sofitel is the place to go.

Walk around the hotel, and take in all the small details of flowers, books and modern art.

The restaurant is perfect for that special party, event or celebration with your family and friends.

We were lucky to be invited to try the delicious dessert from a team of master chefs and champagne.

Delicious nut tarts, macaroons, panacotta with raspberry, a tart with a taste of mousse, chocolate and orange.

The macaroons were golden and sparkly, and almost too pretty too eat!

We were given ice coffee with cream and sprinkles of gold.

Sofitel is located nicely in Sydney's city centre.

The hotel is an architectural beauty.

Visit the garden for a cocktail or coffee and a skyscraper view of the city.

Take the L90 bus from Wynyard and stop at The Boat House café for some delicious brunch. After, hike up to Barrenjoey lighthouse for some stunner views.

The best way to get to Taylor's beach and Avalon beach, is to take the direct bus L90 from the city, and get off at Avalon beach. From there, your best bet is to walk or get a ride to Taylor's beach, which is more hidden.

We were invited over by a nice man who lived in the area. This was his adorable pet, Tilde.

We were lucky to receive a free upgrade with a view of the opera house <3 :D

On Christmas eve, we were the only people swimming in the rain - it was very magical! Thunder broke loose.
